apparenly lavezzi wants 2.5m a year improved contract even though he signed an extension at the start of the season. he definitely hasnt earnt it but has the cheek to ask for more money.

if that is his attitude then i say sell him, get 25m and get some players who want to play for the shirt. try and sell him to juve so a couple of their players can be brought in. you never know giovinco could be on his way out…

not much fact in that but i truly hope cigarini joins napoli. d’agostino would be slightly better as he is quality with set pieces, but cigarini is definitely no second choice.

there is no other player in the world i would rather join napoli. antonio is the type of player de laurentiis has to aim for if he wants this team to become a force in europe. cassano would become an absolute idol for napoli. maybe next season unless we offload lavezzi or hamsik and come up with 30m….

regarding the upcoming mercato apparently acquafresca is top of the list for napul so if marino pulled his finger out and signed bellusci from ascoli, cigarini and acquafresca i think luca and robert would be amazing signings and obviously bellusci is one for the future unless he pulls a kjaer and plays amazing.

also i really want to know what the situation with russotto is? focus on finding the next f.cannavaro and ciro ferrara as well the team needs a leader from naples

Yeah, that is lame. Denis was in Italy before and sucked, so what does Marino do, pay big money for him and bring him back. Idiot!

I hope we have a sound strategy to go forward and don’t trot out the “Italians don’t want to come to Napoli” excuse.

Some of them won’t come until we get into the CL sad to say. Bit plenty of the younger ones’ will if we show some faith in youth

very good point luigi. iezzo has been amazing the last few seasons. i find it annoying though when de laurentiis says f.cannavaro is to old but then shows interest in de sanctis, di vaio and crespo

Well I read on channel 4 italia that De Sanctis is being courted by Donadoni. I think that is a great move to try and secure a solid number 1. I truly believe that ever since Iezzo went down, so did Napoli.

so marino is negotiating for zuniga apparently. why the fuck does he want zuniga when napoli needs a left back?!!!! hes utterly clueless. where does this leave maggio? i have lost all faith in marino and de laurentiis for still employing the man.
